Zpracovávání projektové dokumentace dílčích stavebních úprav – změny dispozice sedmi nadzemních podlaží administrativního objektu Filadelfie (BB Centrum, Praha 4) pro potřeby UniCredit Bank. Dispozice budovy na jednotlivých podlažích byly upravovány dle potřeb nájemce – vytváření velkoprostorových kanceláří, dělení prostoru na jednotlivé kanceláře nebo jednací místnosti, popř. na samostatné funkční části (zóny). Projekt řešil dispoziční požadavky pronajímatele včetně úprav stávajících technologií při splnění všech požadavků klienta i norem.

In 2009 COPLAN Projekt s.r.o. won tender for the project of the reconstruction and modernisation of the football stadium in Karviná. After processing and approval of shape variations, study of building and the development of documentation for zoning permit, the work on the documentation for building permit continues. The selected option provides a significant increase in the spectator capacity of stadium, which has been increased up to 7000 spectators. It also improved the comfort of the city football club facilities and expansion of services for visitors to the stadium. The area also serve to a tennis club (separate building near the courts). With its parameters the stadium will satisfy the requirements for Classes I and II. of football league and 3rd category according to UEFA.

The project resolves the construction works of extensive complex in Dlouhá street in the Old Town. The building was constructed in 20’s of 20th century as a modern city palace with arcades and theatre. The project solves the restoration and reconstruction of building, so it meets current requirements for using of buildings – both in terms of layout and technology. It will be possible to use so far unused spaces (especially the attics) by construction adjustments, and there will be created a new underground parking for the residents. The theatre premises will be kept in the current extent.

The newly built modern stadium of SK Slavia for 20,700 spectators. A part of stadium is the addition to standard background also the VIP boxes of various categories, fan shop, office, retail and hotel facilities. COPLAN solved all the supporting monolithic concrete structures outside the stands (prefabricated structures resolved by RECOC company), the civil part of documentation and coordination of all the professions within the construction. The entire project was handled in the designing technology of 3D BIM (Building Information Modelling) in the environment of AutoCAD Revit Architecture. The project was in the Coplan company developed in the degree of Detail Design Documentation, Changes Of The Project Before Completion and As Built documentation. An important role of the company was also cooperation with the project implementation firm and during site supervision throughout the implementation of the project.

A newly built assembly plant of FTE Automotive Podbořany, s.r.o. in the precinct of the industrial zone Alpka in Podbořany was completed in 2007. It is a three-aisle hall of (136.0 x 3 x 30.0 m), the height of the hall to the attic is 10.45 m. The plant produces automotive brake and clutch components for global car makers. At the beginning of 2012, our company won a tender for the extension of the production and assembly hall. This is an extension of a hall aisle (136.0 x 37.5 m) to the existing three-aisled hall. The new extension is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with steel roof structure comprising columns, horizontal structures of internals (intermediate floor), foundation thresholds and one internal staircase. In the extended manufacturing and assembly hall does, as in the current three-aisled hall, take place production of parts for the automotive industry. The main production site is a moulding shop, where manufacturing of plastic components takes place by moulding from brought in granules by means of injection moulding machines. The bulk of the production is used within the assembly section of the hall for assembly of larger components. A part of the hall serves as a warehouse. The COPLAN Projekt s.r.o. company, provided in both projects complete project documentation for building permit (DBP) including provision of the building permit, detail design documentation ( DDD ) and subsequent designer’s technical supervisions (DTS) during construction.

Service and sales center Rousínov

The site is located at the motorway D1 – the exit 216 in close proximity of Rousínov town. Surface area of the precinct is 2.5 ha, the built-up area is 3000 m2. The service and sales facilities are formed by administrative and office building, workshop hall, diagnostic workplace, workplace for preparation of tachographs, for preparing vehicles for state technical inspections and a training centre. The COPLAN Projekt s.r.o. company has ensured the project documentation for building permit, including provision of the building permit proper, provided an assistance in the preparation of detail design documentation of the building to the supply company Outulný, a.s. and provided the author’s and technical supervision during the implementation of this project.

A reconstruction of the Palace in Rytířská street 29 – the flagship of ČESKÁ SPOŘITELNA, a.s., located in the heart of the capital city, took place from 2004 to 2008. The aim of reconstruction was to modify the functional layout of building – to increase the value of existing building and enhance it by new premises. To simplify banking operations, connect the latest technology and modern elements with the historic interior by a sensitive reconstruction.
The Author ASGK Design s.r.o. received the Grand Prix of Architects 2009 in the category of reconstruction. The Coplan Projekt s.r.o. company collaborated with the general designer ASGK Design s.r.o. from the initial studies through preparation of the project documentation to the author’s supervision proper during the implementation of the general reconstruction, acting as the main structural engineer

Industrial Zone TRIANGLE Žatec

A monoblock of the HITACHI building is located at a distance of 280 meters from the motorway R7 Prague – Chomutov in the Triangle industrial zone. The hall C and the related areas (including the roofing) is located on the existing building , which was originally designed and built as an assembly plant for DPD modules for plasma TV and the assembly of plasma and LCD televisions. The entire building has dimensions of 180 x 200 meters, and in the hall C with dimensions approximately 24.3 x 95.4 meters there was carried out a change of production to machining of components for high pressure fuel pumps, including an installation of necessary technology. Our office processed the documentation for building permission (DSP) and for construction (DPS) in the field of construction, static
engineering and provided all other professions, including their coordination and chief engineer services.

This extensive project has solved the construction adjustment of coal-fired power plants site in Komořany. The aim of
construction adjustment was the installation of a new mode of coal transport from the railway station Třebušice to the area of
EKY. The project contains a set of building objects for unloading, storing and transportation of coal into the existing power plant
boiler. The project managed to save up to 20% of investment costs for reinforced concrete construction by optimising. Our team
created the documentation for building construction in the building profession and performed static and coordinate other
construction professions.

The extension of warehouse hall, including the office part and facilities. There is included adjustment of the existing factory
building A, warehouse hall B and extension of parking area of Arla Plast s.r.o. Kadaň, which is the manufacturer of
polycarbonate sheets for building and other purposes. Our office currently prepared documentation for the planning and building
permit (DUR + DSP), documentation for building construction (DPS) and tender documentation in the building professions,
static, provided all other professions, including their coordination and function of HIP (chief engineer of project).
